  • The Watermelon Peperomia is just as delightful as it sounds. It has round green leaves decorated with green-grey stripes that look just like its namesake fruit.
  • Plant ships in a plastic grow pot with drainage holes. The size refers to the top diameter of the pot.
  • Allow the Watermelon Peperomia to dry out between waterings. Water once every 7 to 10 days in spring, summer, and fall and every other week in winter.
  • This Peperomia prefers medium to bright, indirect light. Place near a north or east facing window, or a few feet away from a west or south facing window with some shades or sheer sheer curtains.
  • Peperomia argyreia, or Watermelon Peperomia, is in the Piperacae family. They are sometimes called Watermelon Begonias, though they are not related to either.
