Refund policy

 We here at Christina's strive for 100% satisfaction, for every customer, every time. We do our best to ensure that you know what to expect; but in the event that you do need a refund, we are here for you. 

 Refund policies vary by product.

All Jewelry, Swim, Lingerie and Underwear are final sale. 

 For Clothing, Shoes and  Accessories: if you are not satisfied with your piece, send us an email at Info@christinasuniqueboutique to initiate resolution. You will need to return the piece(s) before a refund or can be completed. All refunds are at Christina's Unique Boutique's Discretion. This means not all returns will be accepted. 

 For home Décor: if you are not satisfied with your item(s), send us an email at Info@christinasunique.com to initiate resolution. If your item is damaged, and your shipping price included package insurance, no product return will be necessary. Simply email pictures of the damaged item(s) to the above email address to ensure the fastest resolution possible. If your item is damaged, and your shipping price did not include insurance, you must email us and return the item to us in order to complete the refund process. If you are simply not satisfied, please email us and return the item, as well. 

 Return shipping is never covered by Christina's Unique Boutique.

 Please allow up to 45 days for refund actions to be completed. We do our very best to ensure that each customer is addressed promptly, but as there are shipping and bank components to consider, please be patient, and keep interactions polite. 

 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time. While we do not like to elect not to do business with any person or entity, please remember that we are all people, deserving of respect and compassion. We are working very hard to ensure that everyone is happy. If for any reason you are not happy, let us know. We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly and to your Satisfaction.
